We want to collaborate. It just sounds good to say it. Why wouldn’t we? Of course we do. Everyone believes it is a good thing.

Collaboration has become so much easier with the tools we have readily available to us. The cloud tools are amazing and so helpful.

Collaboration tools are free or very cost effective. They just plain work. The ROI can be huge.

Collaboration tools, in the cloud, can be deployed quickly. Measured in minutes, hours or a few days of effort.

Did we pay attention to our culture? If the tool won’t enable collaboration easily, it is probably a culture and strategy issue.
