Are we preparing for the digital invaders? Disruption is happening or about to happen. We may be completely unaware of what a new start up is about to unleash in the market place. New competition is too often invisible until it’s too late.
Our strategic choice may to be first to innovate. We also may decide to simple be the best regardless of who is first. The first may not have a “be best” approach. If we don’t choose to be first or be best, we may be nowhere. We may get left behind.
