Why it matters: We all want peace. Considering how much time we spend at work; we want peace at work and with our colleagues. Our wellbeing is at stake. Our health is too important to ignore this. And yet, we do. What is up with that?

The “Jesus Way” goal for our faith at work:  To have peace, we must be peacemakers. Jesus explicitly challenges to do exactly that. We are to advocate for peace at all times.

Good news: Peace comes from Jesus. He paid the price so that we could have peace with our Father in heaven. It is a gift. We have done nothing at all to earn it. We must make that clear to our colleagues.
