Picture yourself as an Executive in 2023, struggling to make sense of how many of your peers did not become social. Many of them pushed aside by their savvier underlings who built up both internal and external social networks. Their large networks wield tremendous power, collective intelligence, and the ability to influence both employees and customers. Many of the executives that did not adapt were caught in a type of ‘vocational innovator’s dilemma’; where they stubbornly refused to change despite the warning signs.

Faith at Work: By being engaged on social media, we can influence our colleagues about the Way of Jesus. It is the way of love and that is a message we all need to talk more about. Social media gives us a personal platform outside of normal work challenges. There are a few landmines to navigate to keep work and personal separate, but it can be done.
