In a disruptive world, as a digital executive focused on your customers, you need to ask this question of yourself and your team. Are we agile enough? Can we move fast enough to take advantage of the customer opportunity?

Most every company wants to move faster in the marketplace. That won’t differentiate you at all. Most companies want to have a consolidated version of the truth about their customers, spending millions to never get it. Most companies want to improve their business processes but don’t seem to be able to sustain the effort. Most companies have invested heavily in packaged, off the shelf applications and transaction systems.

What they have achieved are inflexible, hard to change architectures which are aligned around business silos. Those silos present a huge barrier to fast moving digital executives.

To lead the pack and move faster, these technology, process and people barriers have to be broken down. What we need is a unifying strategy that can be sustained.
