Here is a simple suggestion. Start using the name of Jesus at work. See how it goes. The early apostles decided to stand up for the name of Jesus. The religious elite thought they could stop them. They could not. That is encouraging to us for our faith at work.

On the next day their rulers and elders and scribes gathered together in Jerusalem, with Annas the high priest and Caiaphas and John and Alexander, and all who were of the high-priestly family. And when they had set them in the midst, they inquired, “By what power or by what name did you do this? Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders, if we are being examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, 10 let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus the Messiah of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by him this man is standing before you well. 11 This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. 12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.[1]

Acts 4:5-12

Here is the same thing from the Apostle Paul in his letter to the Philippians.

Therefore, God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus the Messiah is Master, to the glory of God the Father. [2]

Philippians 2:9–11

This verse applies perfectly to our work.

And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Master Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. [3]

Colossians 3:17

We complete an assignment on time and under budget. We are complemented. We say we are thankful to Jesus for making it happen. My guess is we might get a few eyeballs rolling. We might get called down to HR for a chat. Say the name of Jesus enough, I am sure it will not be ignored.
