We have that look. We are being productive.

Are we?

Not all the time. We are playing games. We are checking social media.

On the other side of the issue, we are available. We receive and respond to text messages. We read and respond to work email. We receive real time changes to our schedules. We connect by phone with a customer or work team member.

We go back to playing a game. We check out Facebook one more time.

Mobile tracking metrics show that consumers rarely ever conduct productivity-related tasks on their devices. In fact, the official US productivity rate has dropped to its lowest point in the past two decades.
