Seems like a true representation for many people. I can get sucked in myself if I’m not careful so I set times when I will engage in my social media platforms, and then walk away for the day. It’s tempting not to dive back in but I book things on my calendar that have to get done each day and if I allow myself to be detoured, I fall short of the goal. “Put down the mouse, and step away from the computer!” Oh yeah, don’t forget to actually talk with people; the analog version of social media.
